We are supporting Neurodiversity Celebration Week, which takes place from Monday 18th March - Sunday 24th March 2024. At Trident Health & Performance, our vision is to create a thriving and inclusive fitness community, where members of all backgrounds and abilities are empowered to embrace a healthier and more active lifestyle.
We are a community-driven fitness experience that goes beyond physical exercise. We foster diversity & inclusivity, providing a safe, and welcoming environment for our team and community members. With fitness and wellbeing programmes designed to be as unique as they are.
Creating Unique Fitness Programs:
Our experienced personal trainers and physiotherapists work closely with each client to understand their unique needs, preferences, and goals. Whether it's designing a workout routine that accommodates sensory sensitivities or incorporating therapeutic exercises to improve motor skills, we're dedicated to creating fitness programs that are as unique as our clients.
Providing a Safe and Inclusive Environment:
We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and accepted in their fitness journey. That's why we've created a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. From our friendly team to our accessible facilities, we strive to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. Whether it's providing quiet spaces for breaks or turning down the lights & music, we're committed to ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.
Our future plans include the development of a fully accessible sensory room and smaller gym room to allow for more private and one to one coaching.
