WELL STRONG is a strength and conditioning programme for young athletes (ages 10–17) looking to improve fitness, movement, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

What your child will gain:

  • Support for both sporty and less active kids

Sessions run weekly at our Rochdale & Heywood facilities.
