Lucy

Lucy has been coaching with Trident for the last Four years. The reason why she decided to become a coach came from a young age is that she found the love for self development and pushing performance goals whilst playing netball at a high level. She also took great inspiration watching her dad play football. Lucy love’s how you can manipulate what you eat, how you train and how you look after yourself mentally, to become 1% better each day.

Lucy’s areas of expertise are fat loss & weight loss, with a BSC Sport & Exercise Science nutrition, 1st class degree and a masters of research studying fat metabolism.

She works mainly with: newbies in the gym who want to learn how simple the gym can be, clients who have lifting experience but want to be pushed to the next level with a tailored training program and busy people who need support around training and nutrition but don’t have to commit time to the gym floor, via online training. Lucy has Recently been working with local colleges: Hopwood, Oldham and Holy Cross, to bring awareness around the importance of a healthy active lifestyle and her journey into coaching. As well as providing sport and exercise science support for salford city lionesses first team.

Lucy’s aims are to keep things simple, teach you as much as shecan and embed healthier habits within yourself, so you never feel like you’re back to square one. It just becomes the new norm.

  • Group Coaching aims to drop body fat , get stronger & build confidence.

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6-15 -8am , 5:15-7pm

  • 4 clients per session

Lift with Luce

  • Aims to improve technique, strength & conditioning

  • Tuesdays 7-8 pm Thursdays 6-7 pm

  • 6 clients per session

Online coaching & 1:1

  • Online coaching is available with the aim to educate, support and keep clients accountable to their goals and train in your own time.
