Rehabilitation clients, helping them recover and regain strength after injuries or health setbacks. Mentoring and training kids and teenagers, instilling values of discipline and teamwork.
The general population benefits from my coaching, promoting a healthier lifestyle and improved fitness through group training, 1 on 1 coaching and classes. Additionally, I collaborate with school groups and community organizations, fostering a sense of teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among participants from all walks of life.
I initiated the DESI Women's Barbell Club in Rochdale. This groundbreaking initiative has made a profound impact, providing a platform for women from the BAME community to embrace the world of strength training, fostering confidence, and inspiring a sense of community and support.
