Like many, my Pilates journey began when a health professional advised that it would help correct an issue, which it did, and this led to a real love of the practice.
That was 15 years ago and finding that the benefits of Pilates were too great to ever stop, 7 years ago I decided to up my commitment and qualify as an instructor and share my passion.
Pilates has enabled me to live a full, active, pain free life. In fact I do more now in my 50s than i did in my 30ths. I thank being broken enough once to find Pilates to rejuvenate my body and mind to contemplate virtually any activity.
I hope that by ‘giving it a whirl’ will do the same for you as it has done for my many students, some of whom have been with me since the day I qualified.
I’ve taught Pilates to women, men, and children from ages 4 to 84. The practise helps them every day to enjoy pain free movement, reap the benefits of a strong core, alignment and great balance and experience feelings of wellbeing, inner peace, and assuredness.
I’ve seen Pilates bring all these benefits and more and I’d love it to do the same for you too.
Pilates Classes are :
Mondays : from 4:20 & 5pm
Thursdays from 9:30 am
All classes are £8 or a Block of 4 for £32
