The Holiday Activity & Food (HAF) programme is brought to you by Rochdale Borough Council and Your Trust and is available to all children and young people that are eligible and claiming, free school meals.
This Easter holiday, children and young people aged 11-16 years old can access a fun and dynamic programme at Trident Health & Performance, Heywood. From Social Skill Development to Strength Training and Nutritional Education, we’ve got it covered.
Our activities on a typical day include:

Ψ Strength & Conditioning Sessions
Ψ Making Nutritious Lunches
Ψ Relaxation & Mindfulness Techniques, including Breath Work
It’s a completely holistic and inclusive approach to keep your children engaged, healthy and happy during the Easter break.
The Trident Health & Performance HAF programme will run 10am-2pm across the following dates:
Ψ Week One: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th April
Ψ Week Two: 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th April
