As a passionate Sports Rehabilitator, my goal with every patient is to get them back to every day function, recover faster and become pain free. This is achieved through various manual therapy techniques. From massage to acupuncture and dry cupping. Rooted in a genuine passion for helping others in any way I can, each success story in my profession serves as a testament to this dedication. I consider myself to be a people pleaser and being able to closely relate, connect and help someone makes my job a real joy.
Beyond my professional goals, I find great joy in staying active during my spare time, whether it's hitting the gym, going for a run, or engaging in various forms of physical activity. This commitment to an active lifestyle complements my love for sport, creating a dynamic narrative that mixes expertise, curiosity, and desire to make a positive impact. Additionally, I've embarked on the journey of learning a second language, driven by my passion in the culture. Swedish being my language of choice due to personal connections and it being closely related to my native. Being fluent in another language has always been a long term personal goal of mine and really enjoy the process in delving into a new culture.
I completed my Sports Rehabilitation degree at Bolton University, and have since worked in Football, Rugby and as a private clinician with my own clients. I have already completed extra CPD courses to up-skill my knowledge and training. I have since gained certifications to perform Dry Cupping, Acupuncture and Dry Needling.
